Get your ride ready to drop off
Before you drop off your Ride, there are a few things you need to remember. Use the following as a checklist before your next drop-off
Report and have any damages repaired. Remember to report any damages well in advance to ensure they are fixed before the drop-off.
Remember to clean your Ride (exterior wash, interior vacuuming, and surface cleaning).
Bring both keys.
Make sure to refuel the car before drop-off.
Refill AdBlue (for diesel cars) if the car's warning system requires it.
Remove personal belongings such as sunglasses, car seats, BroBizz, and similar items. We keep lost items for 30 days, after which they will be disposed of.
Cancel any parking permits, as they are tied to the car's registration number.
Ensure you return the car with the correct seasonal tires. The car should have summer tires from April 15th to November 30th and winter tires from December 1st to April 14th.
Remember items that were delivered with your Ride, such as the hat shelf, mats, and service booklet.

Save time and pay for cleaning. If you want to save time, you can choose cleaning as a service when dropping off your car in the app. It costs 399 DKK for a cleaning at :Dribe during the drop-off. We will take care of both interior and exterior cleaning of your car, including thorough vacuuming, interior wiping, exterior car wash, and cleaning of the wheels.
Please note that there are some cases that may require special cleaning to remove odors or stains, and these would not be covered.
Have you had a dog or cat in our car? Pets are not allowed in Dribe's cars, so cleaning pet hair will not be included.
Have you smoked in your car? Smoking is not allowed in our cars, so extra cleaning to remove the smell will not be included.
Have you or your children spilled milk in the back seat? This is typically not covered, as it requires special cleaning.
Have your children's dirty boots left marks on the back seats? Don't worry, we'll take care of that.
Is there mud on the floor from dirty boots? We'll handle that because dry mud is easy to vacuum.
Are there stains on the ceiling in your trunk? Unfortunately, our cleaning does not cover this, as it requires special cleaning.
Are there fingerprints on the interior? We'll take care of that.
