Having trouble starting?
If your car won't start, for example due to battery problems, you must contact :Dribe Customer Care on tel. 70 23 74 23 Monday to Friday from 07.00-21.00 and on weekends and public holidays from 10.00-16.00.
If you experience problems outside :Dribe's opening hours, you must contact your car brand's mobility service.
As a starting point, the mobility service will try to help you further immediately. If the car cannot be repaired on site, you have the option of getting a free replacement car for a limited period.
