My car has been damaged

Which damages are acceptable and which are not?

Here's an overview of our expectations regarding the car's condition upon return. To provide you with the best possible understanding, we've divided the condition and damages into two categories: 'Acceptable' and 'Not Acceptable.' Repairs for damages categorized as 'Not Acceptable' will be billed to you as the user, according to the applicable deductible or price list.
