When accidents happen
A car that can't drive is not worth much. Therefore, it's essential to get quick help and be able to move on swiftly. You'll find all relevant contact information for everything from repair shops to roadside assistance here
Report your damage
Report the damage to your car to Codan Insurance at phone number 33 55 52 38 Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Report damage online: 24/7
Have the car's registration number and photos of the damage ready, especially for accidents. If there's a third party involved, make sure to get their name, contact details, registration number, and possibly a picture of their driver's license.
After you've reported the damage, Codan will then contact the nearest repair shop as soon as possible. The repair shop will then get in touch with you directly to arrange the further process. The repair shop will also be able to help you with a replacement car (loan car).
