Who inspects the car for damages after I have returned it?

We inspect the cars ourselves and with a partner. You can also book an 'assisted' inspection. In that case, our specialist will inspect the car together with you.

If you don't book an assisted inspection, you will hear from us no later than 10 days after Drop off if the car has any damage that does not fall under Fair Wear and Tear.
