What is not included in the price?
Fuel is the only thing you also have to pay for. We've taken care of everything else. At :Dribe, there's 0 down payment and zero hidden fees or additional surcharges. Everything is included. So the price you see, is the price you actually pay. Full transparency and more benefits – all at a fixed monthly price.
Possible additional expenses:
Damages are frustrating and cost money – just like if you owned the car. Anything over 5000 is covered by the insurance. We have compiled a list of acceptable damages and unacceptable damages, see the list here. Additionally, we have a range of fees if you don't use the car as intended. For example, damaged seats, smoking in the car, etc. You can find those details here.
We operate under a Fair Wear and Tear principle, which is about the understanding that cars naturally show signs of use, and after 6-12 months, it's noticeable. You can read what is considered fair and not fair here.
Damages that may cost you money:
If you have a puncture or damage to the tires or rims that exceeds your deductible, it is generally covered by the included insurance. However, if the damage does not exceed the deductible (which is the case in most punctures), it's not neccesary to report the damage, and you will have to pay for such a repair yourself. In this situation, you only need to contact a workshop of your choice. The only requirement for the new tire to be installed is that it must be the same type (summer/winter) and brand as the other tires. Your deductible amount is 5,000 DKK.
If it's a repairable chip, there is no deductible. Therefore, it's essential to have it repaired quickly to reduce the risk of cracking. If the chip requires the entire windshield to be replaced, the deductible is 1,000 DKK. In case of glass damage, you should contact Carglass at 45 20 40 30.
AdBlue, windshield washer fluid, and oil between services are not included in the car's price. You are responsible for ensuring that your Everyday Ride complies with the service intervals. Whether your Everyday Ride needs servicing during your rental period depends on how many kilometers the car has driven. The car will always inform you on the dashboard whether it needs service. 95 percent of our cars do not need service while they are in our fleet.
